I hold a BS in Health Sciences from the U.W. - La Crosse and have a 15 year athletic career in football, baseball, and basketball. I also enjoy downhill skiing, mountain and road biking, climbing, camping and trying anything new.
I am a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine along with being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am also a Level 1 Performance Coach through United States Weightlifting. With an advanced knowledge of human biomechanics, I apply scientifically based exercise principles that are adapted to enhance strength, endurance and mobility. My extensive personal and professional experience allows me to help the everyday individual or athletes that require extended physical conditioning to reach higher levels of performance.
